Emergency Ready Programs for Commercial Properties

As a free service to local Santa Clarita Valley Commercial Properties, we can have a program called the Emergency Ready Program (ERP). This program simply collects vital information about your commercial property building such as the water shut off, where to park in case of an emergency, and who to inform. In the rare case that we are called for an emergency, we will assure the property owner that we will not do anything more than mitigating the damage until we receive confirmation from whoever is in charge.

For SERVPRO, there is no damage too large for us to handle. We are part of a large loss division that will be able to come in and assist the local SERVPRO of Santa Clarita should there be a damage too large for us to handle.
