Workspace Water Damage Mitigation

A Santa Clarita Office suffered from severe water damage. The water made its way into many office rooms. The necessity for a quick response with water damage cannot be overstated. The water damage was not recognized for a few days thus leading to greater damage.

Thankfully, as soon as SERVPRO® of Santa Clarita Valley was called we were able to get in quickly and mitigate the water damage. The picture shown above is one of the most damaged rooms from the water. SERVPRO was able to extract all of the moisture but needed to remove the carpet and a small portion of surrounding drywall due to the time span between the water affecting the property and the first person recognizing the issue.
