Flooding Damages Kitchen

A local home suffered from water damage after they experienced a bit of flooding that came through their sliding glass doors and centralized into the kitchen area. The water was not immediately dealt with and worked its way into the flooring and also soaked through the cabinets. The flooring then developed some bacterial growth and the cabinets began to swell and crack at the bottom. This situation could have easily developed into a serious mold problem. Thankfully, the homeowner gave SERVPRO® of Santa Clarita Valley a call to mitigate the water damage. 

Once SERVPRO arrived on site we assessed the damage and determined that the cabinets and flooring needed to be removed due to excessive bacterial growth and severe water damage. SERVPRO® of Santa Clarita Valley was able to quickly deal with the water damage and extract all the moisture to ensure no further damage or bacterial growth ensued.
