Bathroom Flooding

A local Santa Clarita Valley home suffered from a bathroom flooding. The water was able to remain stagnant long enough to the point where it was able to saturate under the flooring and into the baseboards of the bathroom. Once the homeowner was aware of the situation they gave SERVPRO® of Santa Clarita Valley a call. 

SERVPRO was able to get onsite within a day and assess the level of damage. It was determined that the flooring and baseboards had to be extracted due to the saturation of water throughout the room. Once the baseboards and flooring were removed our technicians were able to bring in a dehumidifier and air circulation unit to extract all the moisture out of the subfloor and bottom portion of the walls.
